Counselling for Adults, Young Adults & Children

I offer warm, trauma‑informed counselling in Herne Bay, Canterbury, and online across the UK. My approach supports the whole of you mind, body, emotions and the quieter spaces in between. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or simply longing for more inner quiet, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself in a grounded and gentle way.

What I Can Help With

People come to therapy with me for many reasons, including:

- anxiety, overwhelm or emotional heaviness
- burnout, stress and exhaustion
- trauma held in the body
- relationship patterns that feel stuck
- identity exploration
- grief, loss and transitions
- low self‑worth or self‑criticism
- feeling disconnected, numb or “not yourself”
- a longing for calm, clarity or inner steadiness

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear story. We begin wherever you are.

How I Work

My approach is integrative, relational and somatic, weaving together:

Grounded therapeutic conversation
A steady, compassionate space to explore your experiences, emotions and patterns.

Practical emotional understanding
Support in making sense of what you’re feeling and why, without judgement or pressure.

Nervous system & somatic awareness
Gentle attention to how your body holds stress, trauma or overwhelm, helping you regulate and feel more grounded.

Sound‑based therapeutic work
Deep rest and release through sound, supporting emotional processing and nervous system settling.

Creative and reflective processes
Optional tools such as tapping techniques and reflective card work to deepen insight when words aren’t enough.

Everything unfolds at your pace no force, no pushing, no expectations of who you “should” be.

Counselling for Adults
I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity questions and long‑held emotional patterns. Together, we explore what feels heavy or confusing and work towards a sense of clarity, steadiness and self‑connection.

Counselling for Young Adults
Young adulthood can be a time of transition, pressure and uncertainty. I offer a grounded, supportive space for young people to explore identity, emotions, relationships and the challenges of growing into themselves.

Counselling for Children
For children, therapy is gentle, creative and paced around their developmental needs. I use a mix of conversation, play‑based approaches, somatic awareness and sound‑supported calming techniques to help children feel safe, understood and regulated.

Online Counselling
If you prefer to work from home, I offer online counselling across the UK. This can be especially helpful if you need flexibility, privacy or a calmer way to access support.

A Space to Unfold at Your Own Pace
Therapy with me is not about fixing.

It’s about unfolding returning to the parts of yourself you’ve had to hide, silence or harden just to get through.

Whether you’re seeking counselling in Herne Bay, Canterbury, or online, this is a space where you can soften, breathe and begin to reconnect with who you truly are.
