Questions?

Do I need experience with Sound Healing?

Not all all. Just come as you are

Is Sound healing Safe?

Yes for the majority of people. There are some contraindications that need to be considered and discussed before booking on:

  • Are in the first trimester of pregnancy

  • Live with a severe mental health condition

  • Have a sound‑sensitive condition (e.g. tinnitus, Ménière’s, epilepsy)

  • Have a heart condition or pacemaker (sound can affect rhythm and resonate with implants)

  • Have metal implants, screws, plates, or pins that may resonate with sound

Is this suitable for all genders?

Yes. The Unfolding Path is an inclusive space for individuals of all identities.

What if I've never had counselling before?

That's completely okay. I will guide you through what to expect and move at your pace.

What do I wear for sound healing?

Anything comfortable that allows you to lie down and relax.

What if I am nervous?

It's totally natural. Many people feel this way at first. My role is to create a safe, gentle environment where you can settle in slowly.

Can I combine counselling and sound healing?

Yes. Many people find the combination deeply supportive. We can discuss what feels right for you.
