Counsellor Supervision

Supervision is a place to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself as a practitioner. It is a space where you can bring the fullness of your work  the questions, the edges, the uncertainties and the moments of resonance and be met with steadiness, curiosity and care.

I offer supervision in Herne Bay and online across the UK for counsellors, therapists, trainees and practitioners working in relational, integrative, somatic or creative ways. My approach is grounded, intuitive and collaborative. Together, we explore not only the client material, but also you, your process, your body, your responses, your growth and your unfolding as a practitioner.

My Approach to Supervision

Supervision with me weaves together relational exploration, somatic and nervous system awareness, reflective and intuitive inquiry, ethical grounding and optional creative or sound‑supported reflection. This allows us to explore your work in a way that is spacious, supportive and attuned to your needs.

Supervision is not about judgement or performance. It is about support, spaciousness and the ongoing unfolding of your therapeutic identity.

Who I Supervise

I offer supervision for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, trainee counsellors and practitioners working with adults, young adults or children. I also support those working in integrative, humanistic, somatic or creative ways, as well as practitioners drawn to intuitive or body‑based approaches.

Whether you are newly qualified or deeply experienced, supervision can offer a grounding space to reflect, grow and stay connected to yourself in the work.

What We Can Explore Together

Supervision may include client work and therapeutic process, relational dynamics, somatic responses, ethical questions, practitioner identity, emotional impact, self‑care, creative or intuitive aspects of your work, moments of uncertainty or stuckness, and celebrating your strengths and growth. All parts of your experience are welcome.

Supervision in Herne Bay and Online

Sessions are available in person in Herne Bay or online across the UK. I offer ongoing monthly supervision as well as flexible arrangements depending on your needs and training requirements.

A Space to Unfold as a Practitioner

Supervision is not just a professional requirement. It is a place to be held, supported and understood in the depth of your work. A place to reconnect with your intuition, your body, your values and your unique therapeutic voice.

If you feel drawn to this way of working, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
