Counsellor Supervision

I offer integrative and humanistic supervision for both individuals and groups, supporting qualified counsellors as well as those still in training. My aim is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can bring your client work, explore any concerns, and reflect openly on your practice as a counsellor.

Supervision with me is not just about problem-solving, it’s about growth, curiosity, and connection. Together, we can look at the challenges and successes in your work, celebrate your strengths, and gently explore areas that feel more difficult. I see supervision as a collaborative journey, where you are supported to deepen your understanding of yourself, your clients, and the therapeutic process.

I often draw on the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model, which allows us to look at relationships from many different angles between you and your client, between us in supervision, and within the wider context of your work. This model helps us stay inquisitive and reflective, opening up new perspectives and insights that can enrich your practice.

Whether you are seeking guidance as a trainee, or looking for a fresh perspective as an experienced counsellor, supervision with me offers a space to feel heard, supported, and inspired in your professional journey.

Our first session together is an important starting point. It gives us the chance to get to know each other and explore how we both like to work, so we can see if the relationship feels like a good fit. This is your space to share what you’re looking for, how you approach your client work, and what you need from supervision to feel supported.

As we continue, we’ll have regular check-ins to make sure the supervision is meeting your professional needs. My priority is always to ensure that you feel resourced and confident in your practice, so that your clients are receiving the care and safety they deserve through you.

I aim to keep our conversations open and transparent, so that any challenges can be worked through with honesty and integrity. This creates a safe and trusting environment, not only for the work we do together, but also for when the supervision relationship naturally comes to an end. At that point, there will be space to reflect, acknowledge the journey, and say goodbye in a way that feels respectful and complete.
