Thought Field Tapping (TFT) Therapy
A gentle, empowering approach to emotional wellbeing
Thought Field Tapping (TFT) is a mind–body therapy that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points to help release emotional distress, anxiety, trauma responses, and unhelpful patterns held in the body. It was originally developed by Dr. Roger Callahan and is now used worldwide as a supportive technique for emotional healing.
TFT works on the understanding that when we experience overwhelming emotions, the body’s energy system can become disrupted. By tapping on targeted meridian points while focusing on the issue at hand, these disruptions can be cleared, allowing the nervous system to settle and the emotional charge to reduce.
Many people describe TFT as calming, grounding, and surprisingly effective even when other approaches haven’t helped.
