Isolation

Death

If you look closely, you can see that your life is made up of cycles of little deaths and rebirths; a never ending sea of change within your control, as well as out of your control. 

At times you embrace the change and allow life to evolve, but other times perhaps the change is too much which leaves you feeling stuck!

In these times the mind and body hold onto the pain, the fear, the anger, the hurt and the loss, burying it into the dark recesses of your mind.
